Someone asked me, what exercise would be best to grow the calf muscles? So i've compiled a variety of lower body & core focused exercise that would best assist #LegGains if the technique is done correctly

Warm Ups:
1) World Greatest Stretch x10
Working Exercise:
1) Kettlebell Walking Lunges 40kg x 8 each leg
2) Kettlebell Swing 20kg x 20
3) Calf Raise BW x 12 each leg
